Before we start
To make your warranty claim go as smoothly as possible there a few things we will need from you.
Your order reference number
Usually be a 3-5 digit number. There may have a prefix of RT, HS or IN. There may be a dash and more characters if the order had multiple parts.
Your contact details
Including your address, email address and a contact telephone number should we need to discuss your claim in more detail.
A full description
Please provide a description of the defect or fault in as much detail as you can to help up solve your issue as quickly as possible.
Video & photographs of the issue
Video and photographic evidence clearly identifying the product, how it has been installed and the defect itself.
Your completed maintenance record
All our warranties are subject to regular care & maintenance having been undertaken for the installed life of the products.
Your valid warranty certificate
All warranties must be registered in line with our warranty terms & conditions.
