We offer one of the window industry’s most comprehensive manufacturers warranties on our windows and doors offering you true peace of mind. Bereco warranties cover:
- 10 years against defects on factory supplied coatings
- 10 years against defective factory fitted ironmongery
- 10 years against failure of factory fitted glazing units
- 10 years against manufacturing defects
- 30 years against rot and fungal infection of the timber

Our maintenance manual offers guidance on the redecoration cycle required for the design your property. To prolong the redecoration cycles our clean and care sets extend the life of the paint and stain finishes. Our maintenance schedule is available in our Routine Maintenance Guide and also available to download on the above links.

Our on-site services do remain closed at this time. This decision is not one we have taken lightly as we know you may need us to help overcome an issue on site. We are still on hand to help though despite our physical absence and to make it even easier to get support we have launched our new virtual service appointments. On a virtual service call our service manager can inspect, diagnose and suggest remedy to any issues you may need to overcome.
We have a dedicated email contact to support you with any replacement parts you need. If at any point your products require replacement parts please send through your request to email@example.com along with your original order number or home/site address and any supporting images of the part required and of the window or door that the part is needed for. Our team will then be able to locate your order and send through a parts order to you.
All hinges, locking systems and some small elements of ironmongery are factory fitted. Any ironmongery that is face fitted, like door/window handles, door knockers, internal trickle vents are supplied loose to eliminate damage. All loose ironmongery will arrive with your order in separate boxes. We apply all the relevant drillings and fittings to make the ironmongery fitting process simple for you.
