Our double-glazed timber windows and doors exceed the new Part L 2023 building regulations and can achieve impressive U-values starting from 1.2 W/m²K – which is 15% better than the guidelines.
Whereas our triple-glazed windows and doors achieve U-values starting from 0.8W/m²K which is 43% better than what’s stipulated in the regulations.

Design the perfect windows and doors for your home with one of our experienced consultants, with live pricing and visuals, including image overlays on your own home! We offer virtual consultations to cut down on home visits and emissions.
Do you want to get hands-on with the product before going ahead? Not a problem. We offer a full range of samples that can be delivered, in plastic-free packaging, right to your front door. You can also visit our South Yorkshire showroom where our full range is on display.
Our installation team will visit your home to conduct the survey. They will check all of the sizes and details related to fitting, and determine the best fixing method to suit your property. We will only visit to survey the windows once the quotation is confirmed and you’re ready to proceed with your order to help cut down on emissions.
Our design team will update your quotation based on the survey and will check all of the final details with you. Production begins once the order is signed off, then our Customer Relationship Manager will contact you within two weeks with a preliminary install date.
The lead time from production to installation is 8-10 weeks. Our windows and doors are manufactured from FSC® 100% timber, meaning every piece of timber that we use can be traced to an FSC® certified sustainably managed forest. Our production line is solar-powered which also helps to reduce our carbon emissions by an incredible 580 tonnes per year!
Your new windows and doors will be delivered prior to installation, ready for our team to fit. Deliveries are made on rigid or articulated wagons with mechanical offloading capabilities, so the drivers will take care of everything for you. The windows are mounted on sustainable timber pallets, constructed from the off-cuts of the same FSC® 100% timber that goes into our windows – we will collect and reuse these wherever possible.
We aim for a zero-to-landfill replacement service. Currently, we recycle 96% of the waste and old windows.

Our installation team will guide you through a simple maintenance schedule to ensure that your windows achieve their maximum lifespan. You can then hop online and register your warranty to get regular updates with hints and tips on how and when to maintain your new windows and doors.
