Bereco Business Closure 27th March
In light of the government’s announcement on 23rd March 2020 that all non-essential businesses must close with immediate effect Bereco have taken the decision to temporarily close our business in line with the government’s instructions on Friday 27th March 2020 at 12pm.
We will review this in 3 weeks’ time based on our governments advice at that time and let you our customers know when we will be in a position to reopen and recommence operations.
If you have a delivery scheduled for this week
We are continuing to deliver all orders as planned for today Tuesday 24th March 2020 and tomorrow Wednesday 25th March 2020. Our operations team will be in touch shortly to discuss if you are able to still take the delivery. If you are unable to accept your delivery, we are able to store the order during this period for you until you reopen for business. The order will be stored on a free of charge basis and we will raise an invoice on which terms will be extended for payment until the 30th June 2020 to help during this difficult period of uncertainty.
If you have an order being manufactured with us currently
All current work in production will be temporarily suspended until further notice. Whilst we understand that some of you may still have installation programmes and completion dates to work towards and you may wish to continue; the government’s advice is clear that we should close our business; and we feel that it is the most responsible course of action that we can take to ensure the safety of our staff and you our customers.
If you have an order you are working to finalise with your technical project manager
Our technical project managers will continue to be available to work on your projects as normal until Friday 27th March 2020 at 12pm.
If you are awaiting a quotation
We will continue to return any quotes you have already requested until Friday 27th March 2020. If we have not returned your quotation by this time then we will contact you when we reopen to establish if you still wish for us to provide a price at that time.
If you have a problem with your windows and doors
All our site services were suspended on Monday 23rd March 2020. Our customercare team remain available until Friday 27th March 2020 12pm to help you with any issues you may be experiencing. If you need a warranty certificate
Our customercare team will continue to send warranty certificates for those that have already made an application until Friday 27th March 2020. If we have not returned your warranty certificate by that time, we will do so upon reopening the business. If you need your warranty certificate sending urgently them please email the customercare team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need to contact us during this period of closure
Our main phone lines will be closed from Friday 27th march 2020 at 12pm. Until then you will be able to contact one of our team via our main number 01709 838188 and following the options for the department you wish to speak with.
If you need to contact us after Friday 27th March 2020 you will be able to do so via the chat icon on our website. We will endeavour to respond to any questions of an urgent nature within 24 hours.
