The home’s exterior is completed with Cape-Cod pine timber cladding on the upper-level walls. The tasteful integration of modern design and the property’s historical identity was further accentuated by preserving the original flint and brickwork walls on the ground floor.
This property features Flush Casement windows with 16mm lambs tongue glazing bars to complement the period aesthetics. The elegant look is complemented by bulb end handles in satin chrome, adding a touch of refinement to the visual appeal.
A collection of our timber Entrance Door, Stable Door and French doors throughout the property featuring matching boarded lower panels and 16mm lambs tongue glazing bars for optimal sight lines. The Barrington bulb end handles in satin chrome are also included for a sleek finishing touch.
The rear façade prominently features an expansive 6-panel, 4.5m wide set of Bifold doors with fixed sidelights bay returns. The doors open onto the generous outdoor dining area, offering the joys of contemporary indoor/outdoor living.
