The entrance door is a key feature of the design. Its combination of clear and frosted glazing includes subtle green corner squares framed by traditional 16mm lambs tongue bars. As light filters through, the coloured glass creates a soft, distinctive play of shadow across the hallway floor.
Polished chrome hardware complements the door’s traditional styling, including a Barrington bulb-end handle and doctor’s knocker, offering a subtle nod to period design. On either side, fixed flag windows with slim frames and matching glazing bars create a balanced, cohesive façade.
Inside, the home features a mix of Sliding Sash Spiral Balance Windows and Flush Casement Windows from the Bereco Traditional range. With internal Ovolo mouldings and external putty-line detailing, these windows bring together heritage design and modern performance.
The Sliding Sash Windows stand out with their consistent bar pattern, decorative horns and projecting cill horns. Combining timeless character with smooth operation, they offer both aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency through semi-concealed balances.
To the rear, Flush Casement Windows continue the consistent detailing. First-floor windows feature a single horizontal glazing bar and polished chrome Connoisseur handles, while those on the ground floor incorporate discreet security features for added peace of mind.
