Proud owners David and Margie Edwards have created a truly beautiful home, inside and out, undertaking a luxurious build individually designed to suit their every need.

Why Bereco?

Due to the truly unique design of this build the totally bespoke nature of Bereco’s products have been the perfect choice. The couple were able to incorporate a variety of window and door designs to complement the traditional style of the house whilst creating large glazing areas to enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding garden.

The classically inspired house was completed in just 27 weeks and won the prestigious ‘Daily Telegraph Best Traditional House’ award in 2010. The property covers 1,300 m2 and was valued at an impressive £10,000,000 on completion in 2008. The plot originally featured a 1960’s bungalow and due to planning restrictions the house couldn’t be extended too much in terms of footprint so the Edwards decided to dig down, which as you can imagine was a quite a challenge. This innovative idea has created much more living space and has proven a truly unique addition to this impressive home.
