Initial Enquiry

You will no doubt have a requirement for timber windows when you contact us. To help your decisions on what product to choose, our website and brochures can be used for reference as well as our in house team who have extensive window design experience.

Your enquiry will be sent to the local installer in your area who will contact you. Our National Network of approved installation partners, with local product showrooms will then assist in your enquiry.

Installer Contact

Your local installer will arrange a meeting to discuss and price your requirement. This may involve a survey

As experts in this field, they will be able to go over the technical requirements relating to our products and answer any questions with regards to your complete installation.

Contract

Your contract will be direct with the installer who will then order the products directly from Bereco.

Once the contact documents are signed we begin on the manufacturing process which takes 6-8 weeks.

Delivery dates are communicated through this time with the installer.

Installation

Delivery of the products will be to the address detailed by the installation company who will make their own arrangements with you for fitting.

Completion

With every delivery Bereco supply a Home Owner Manual. This manual offers advice on how to maintain the product for many years to come.
